Capper thanks again. I loaded the Archive link and now I have 2 questions>
1. How do I transfer articles from my site to Archive?
2. Once Archive article is clicked on, it is not opening to be reviewed?

Capper what is your website, so I can check it out?

Articles move to archive automatically. Nothing needs to be done for moving articles to archive. It's just a lo-fi version arranged year-month wise with a drill down till you reach the articles link. Apparently it looks like you are still working on your article template.

Thanks again, I did notice some Articles Already Archived, that I didn't move.
I still don't understand why, when I clicked on the Archive articles I could not
read the? And that is the purpose of having them for later reference in Archive.
What about articles that I update with new articles daily or weekly, how do
I move them to Archive instead of Deleting them?
I also want to do a few things this week:
1. Activate Google Search(currently I can only search on my site)?
2. Update copyright date(bottom of homepage) from 2007 to 2008(current)?
3. Activate space in Banner Ad at top of homepage to show more Google Ads?
(My web developer left me hanging last year with no direction on how to do this)
Seems like this stuff you tutored me on earlier only takes a couple of minutes for each
so, thanks again and again already!!!!

Pl note:
(1) Archive is auto. You don't have to move anything. If the article is external then you will have to use "External Link" bo to paste the link. Else it will default to article template. If you have the External link already and it isn't showing in archive then post it as a BUG with PHPCow.
(2) For copyright date use a date custom function and include the same in your template.
(3) For google search you would need API key of your own from Google.

The Google API key doesn't work any longer with PHPCOW......what I've done myself is just use the Google Search that you'll find on their Google Adsense page...don't worry too mucvh about site search (Just my opinion".
As to the Copyright, i just do it manually by editing the footer template.....you only have to change it once a year.

Thanks again for this update!
Do you know anything about the archive updating process?
I need to able to copy and paste all 50 of my Categories
to be able to have all older articles post monthly correctly
and not just to 5-35 Categories which it did on last months
archive 2008. Any ideas?

I'm sorry, I have no idea what you mean.
The archive system is automated, and every single article is added there.....so if some categories don't have articles posted for the month, then there will be no category archive for that month.
Looking at your site, your categories are simply external links........what I'd recommend is consolidating all of your external links into maybe one or two menu items.....and then creating actual categories that are linked in the menu.

Okay, that sounds simple enough, but not sure how to complete that process.
I do know how I set up all 50 categories in alphabetical order, but not sure how
I would consolidate them into one or two menu items?
