I have written the support for them and I have heard nothing. I wonder if they would answer me better if I said I wanted my money back

Strangely, my PHPCOW stopped working today. I get to the Admin screem and the list is on the left side, but the screen is blank. this is a new one to me, i've never had this issue before.
Thats crazy. Sadly I don't have you information j/k Hopefully it comes back for you soon!
Its been acting really strangely for a couple of days now......it'll work fine for awhile, then randomly reset and kick you out, losing all your data (one time 5 minutes, the next 15 minutes), then it won't save changes, then the status bar will just keep going and goin.....and sometimes I open it up and get a blank page.
Capper i think this problem is nothing new with your install. It's been quite repetitive and randomness indicates it has something to do with your hosting account. If i restart apache/mysql during middle of a session i'll see what you are facing. So apparently your host is doing a restart of processes based on sever loads/process count or something. This has nothing to do with script.
Asking for refunds for lost cowadmin details i am sure will not going to help anyone's cause. I don't think phpcow would be keeping details on file. Recovering details is almost impossible unless you have the clear-text/encrypted pair details (as user pass in db is encrypted). If yes then you can play with suer table through phpMyAdmin or from ssh by adding a dummy user with admin group rights.
It has nothing to do with my hosting, nothing has changed with my hosting since i upgraded my apache install about two weeks ago.
I asked PHPCOW, and they said it might be apache, then closed the ticket.
So you were able to talk with phpcow? Thats a first in awhile isn't it? Maybe their coming around t you again? (I'm an annoying optimist)
