No problem! We'll have you up and running RSS Feeds in no time! Ready?
Ok,
1. Go into your cowadmin
2. Scroll down to rss feeds management
3.Click on RSS Block
4. Insert url of RSS you want to display on Line 1
5. The rest of this allows you to customize the 'look' length of title, colors, size etc.
6. Click 'Preview' to be sure it looks how you want and is pulling the feed correctly
7. Name the RSS Feed something so you'll remember it then click save style

So now you have your feed in there, now we have to throw it on your template and have it up and running:

1. go back to CP Home
2. Under 'Templating' select 'Template Manager'
3. Open the template where you want your rss feed to display
4. Put your cursor wherever you want the RSS feed to display in that template
5. In the top of the editing click on the "F" or function which will make a list of all possible function open in a new browser
6. Scroll down to the "rss" label
7. In the drop down menu find the name of rss feed you just made/saved and highlight it then click the "Get Function" all the way on the right of that line and it will insert it into your template
8. Then go down to the bottom, under your WYSIWYG and click "Save Current Template"
9. Your DONE!

You will keep repeating these steps for every rss feed you want to display and insert it into your template, whever you want it to appear.

let me know if you have any problems with this and I'll help you with it, but I tried to make it as simple as possible for you (hopefully I did)!
