Additionally please also ensure that your installation is where you would want to run your site. I have seen many users get upset as once license is activated the url cannot be changed. This is just a heads up.

One other thing you may want to check while you are having to make changes to your php.ini is make sure SOAP is turned off. I had a problem with it being on. Once I was able to complete the install and get into admin successfully you can turn SOAP back on.
