I've used godaddy when I started out in this business. Then upgraded to one of their vitrtual servers both ran on plesk. Now I have my own server through Servint that has cpanel that I love. Amazing Customer service there. They always fix any issues I've had like upgraded certain features etc. within an hour!
What do you all use?
I have never been a great fan of godaddy or such "$5/Mo for Stars" type of hosting companies like lunarpages/dreamhost/hostdepartment etc as they are all gross oversellers and when there's a problem they are quick to blame the script (easiest way out). They just compete with each other in folling clients by showing pentabytes of traffic and terrabytes of storage that they can offer in $5/Mo (or nearabouts).
I agree with GoDaddy...not someone I recommend for hosting at all after my experience with them. Fine for a registrar IMHO but not hosting!
I use GoDaddy as my DNS Registrar, but admin the servers that I host my sites on.

I've used 4-5 different hosting companies, but only two are companies I'd really recommend.
Right now I'm using HostGator and have no problems.....Our site went down for 3 days a couple of weeks ago because of an explosion and fire in the data center in Houston.....so they gave everyone affected two months of free hosting.
I also was getting updates from the owner of the company, who was extremely pleasant, and seemed to be genrally a really good guy.
gazzin.com, dreamhost seems ok they give me free service because i have a non profit org.

I recently moved my VB site to
http://www.asmallorange.com/ and I was very pleased. They offer free move for you. Their support was quick and there was very little downtime with the move. There was no setup fee. At the end of July I am moving my reseller accounts with them also.
