Ok, I may the only one that didn't figure this out, but there is a reputation system on this board. I'm used to vB where you can just click a pretty icon or a 'thanks' button to give people rep...this one you will see in the profile next to your posts

"Reputation" with a number next to it. In order to give anyone rep, you click on that number, then it takes you to another page where you "rank the person" and can leave them positive or negative rep and comments.
Just thought I'd let you know since I just figured this out.
