PHPCOW is buggy and bloated.Their patches fix one issue,and usually create 2-3 others. My error log in CPanel is constantly full of PHPCOW errors.It is an excellent platform and I highly recommend it.I'd say phpCow is a very flexible, very powerful CMS; however it could be difficult for anyone without experience of at least HTML to really get the most out of it.
