I have a dumb question, with no HTML experience.
I know where on my homepage I want to copy and
[aste some new HTML code. I also Have the code.
Do I need any help or expertise to accomplish this?

I would recommend if you want to input your own html code without html knowledge, open the page you want to put it on, put your cursor wherever you want to insert it and type "here" or whatever you want, then open the "source" view of your page and find the word "here" that you typed, then cut the word and insert your html there. This way will be easiest for you to be sure you insert it right where you want it. Let me know if you have anymore questions.
