hi i purchased phpcow bout 8 hours ago and when i log in to the members area all i see is payment history that i purchased phpcow but how do i actually download it? i got an email saying i will have my activation key in 24 hours but how do i actually download the script?
I'm guessing here, because sadly, its been awhile since I bought the cow, but I think when you get your activation code you will also get the download info??? Or maybe when you sign into your account at phpcow.com the download is available there? Do you have access to you phpcow account yet?

i got a email after i purchased it saying this
Step 1 (Installation)

https://members.phpcow.com using the username and password as listed in this email.
(2) Download your copy of phpcow software.
(3) Extract the zip package and follow install.txt for installation guide.
Step 2 (License Key Activation)

Your license activation mail along with instructions would follow within 24 Hrs of installation.
Another thing on the top of the email it says my username password and licensed url
on licensed url is blank.
I purchased the script with url
http://www.purehotnews.com and then after i bought the domain would that make a diffrence?
So you logged into your account and their was no place to download it? Sorry, I'm a little slow today...long weekend

No, I trust you, its just odd. I think the only thing you can do then is submit a support ticket at phpcow.com and tell them there is no download link.

It shouldn't make a difference. I think the problem/wait is just because they manually approve every order which may be holding things up. Not really sure since I don't work for them. You sound as patient as me...I HATE waiting for things. When I buy something especially, I want to dig righ in and play with stuff. Hopefully they will get you straightened out soon!
Order processing is manual where there's telephonic verification also in many cases. We remember this as we got calls from them after placing order. They try to ensure that it's a genuine order as there are CC frauds and Paypal account hacks.
Order verification could take upto 24 hrs depending on timezone and time of order placement.
