So i've installed the script and then after waiting awhile (and using the support system a couple times) I finally got an activation link....and guess what... IT DIDNT WORK!

It said....

"Unable to get product activation information. Activation key you provided is invalid. "

So is this an error on my part or theirs? Hard to ask them since they never seem to be around to answer their support tickets...Their site states

"Live Support Is Available Through Online LiveHelp for at least 10 hrs a day. Ticket based support also exists which works for 12 hrs a day. "

Obviously that is BS

Have you installed the script in the directory you specified on signup? License is per URL not per domain. So if you specified http://www.yourdomain.com and you installed on http://www.yourdomain.com/folder that's not valid for the license.

So if you installed in the right directory and you received an error when validating the license, you must ask Phpcow support telling your problem.
